The Fruit vendor
One day, young Krishna heard a fruit vendor call out, "Who will buy my fresh fruits? "
Seeing the cart full of ripe fruits he ran inside to get grains. Now ,in those
days all goods used to be bought not with money, but by bartering or
exchanging with other items, and Krishna had seen h is parents doing
that.
barely managing to hold the grains in his tiny hands Krishna offered
him whatever he could. The vendor liked the innocence of the child. He
accepted the grains and lovingly filled the child's hands with fruits in
return. As he turned to go he found his cart full of precious jewels
instead of fruits.
He immediately understood that God had showered blessings for his kindness.
